Strategic Wellness Partners PLLC provides trauma-informed consulting, training, and wellness services for organizations and individuals. You agree to use this site and our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment.

  • All content on this website (text, graphics, downloads) is the intellectual property of Strategic Wellness Partners PLLC and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

  • Booking a consultation or service does not guarantee a formal client relationship until confirmed in writing.

  • You agree not to misuse, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt any part of the site or service delivery systems.

Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Pricing for services is listed as “based on scope” and finalized through written agreement.

  • For events, trainings, or custom consulting packages, payment terms and cancellation policies will be outlined in your contract or invoice.

  • Cancellations for scheduled sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of credit or fees (unless otherwise specified).

  • Strategic Wellness Partners PLLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services if necessary. Clients will be notified and offered an alternative date or refund when appropriate.
